Each print is made to order and fulfilled by Prodigi on Hahnemühle Photo Rag. Allow 5–10 business days for production before shipping.
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking availability varies by destination — express shipping is always tracked; standard shipping may not be for some international locations.
5–10 business days total from order to door.
10–20 business days total. Orders are routed to the Prodigi print facility nearest to you — so wherever you are, your print isn't traveling further than it needs to.
Prints ship worldwide via Prodigi's global network. Customs delays on international orders are outside our control, but we'll always do what we can to help.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed it goes straight to production — cancellations and modifications aren't possible. Double-check your size selection before you check out.
What if my print arrives damaged?
That's on us. Email emmaexpedition@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll get a replacement out to you.
What sizes are available?
Most prints come in 5x7", 8×10", 11×14", and 16×20". A few are available in select sizes only due to resolution — those are noted on each print's page.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final on made-to-order prints. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right — see the damaged print policy above.
What paper are the prints on?
Hahnemühle Photo Rag, 308gsm, matte fine art finish. It's archival, heavyweight, and the real deal.
Can I order a custom size?
Not currently — but reach out at emmaexpedition@gmail.com and we'll see what's possible.
